Our whole ethos is to change the landscape of the Canadian workforce by making it more diverse, inclusive and equitable. BLAXPO 2022 focused on empowering Black candidates on taking up the space that has been systematically taken away from them while passing the baton into the hands of leading brands to create opportunities for people of colour and ultimately, make space.

BLAXPO 2023 is all about advancing this idea of generational wealth
within the Black community while giving equitable companies more tools and resources to advance their DE&I journey.
